Trouble Shooting Guide for Sources of Discomfort

This trouble-shooting guide is not intended to be all-inclusive.  It offers some direction and suggestion for many common sources of ergonomic-related discomfort.  

Do not ignore a problem that does not go away after a reasonable period of time.  See your health care practitioner to diagnose the problem.
