This position entails supporting the administrative team of the Office of Environmental Health & Safety in the development and maintenance of various client support services. Tasks would be based around data entry, website updating, and assisting with other health & safety related projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and WordPress knowledge an asset. Adobe In Design & Photoshop knowledge also an asset. Ability to work independently under supervision and strong oral and written communication skills required.
Job Id: 80140 EHS Student Assistant
This administrative position would provide the Office of Environmental Health and Safety services by assisting with the development of resource materials (including standard operating procedures and protocols (SOPs) and training documents for a variety of Health and Safety Programs. The applicant should have a background in Biological and Chemical Sciences (radiation an asset), possess good oral and written communication skills and the ability to conduct online research. Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently under supervision.
