Last Updated: November 28, 2024

This troubleshooting guide is not intended to be exhaustive. It provides some direction and suggestion for many common sources of ergonomic-related discomfort. Do not ignore a problem that does not go away after a reasonable period of time. See your health care practitioner to diagnose the problem.

If after reviewing or trying some of these suggestions, you are still encountering difficulty, please contact EHS. If your medical condition interferes with your ability to do your job, contact Health & Well-Being Programs & Services to discuss the possibility of a workplace accommodation. Specialized ergonomic equipment may be provided to employees who have ongoing restrictions and limitations due to documented medical conditions.
