Please list all of the Risk Group 2 Biological Agents that you conduct research with outside the Biosafety Cabinets (BSC). Please indicate below if this survey is not applicable for your research (i.e. in those cases where RG2 agents are not used, or where all RG2 work is conducted within a BSC.)
Please list all of the locations that you currently use (or plan to use) for your research with those agents listed above. In addition to room number and aisle designations, please consider and indicate equipment usage (i.e. Incubators (shaking and static), centrifuges (aerosol-tight, table-top) etc.).
In your professional opinion, what are the mitigating factors that render these listed biological agents as safe to use in these locations and outside a BSC.
